Airobot Technologies AS (hereinafter referred to as "Airobot") has entered into an agreement with Muhu Kodu OÜ to enhance its working capital flexibility through a credit line of up to 200,000 euros. This is a short-term unsecured credit facility with a term of one year, aimed at ensuring effective cash flow management. Muhu Kodu OÜ is a company controlled by Airobot’s board member Heiki Aulik.

The strategic focus of the company is on gradually increasing production capacity and developing new products, including expansion into international markets. The credit facility enables Airobot to streamline its operations, supporting growth and product development while ensuring operational liquidity in dynamic market conditions.

The credit terms reflect the market average rate (interest of 10.5% per annum), considering its short-term unsecured nature. The credit facility aims to allow the company to continue investing in developing intelligent ventilation and heating control solutions.

Airobot continues its mission to provide energy-efficient solutions ensuring a healthy indoor climate, ready to meet growing demand both in Estonia and internationally.
