The subsidiary of J. Molner AS The J. Molner Company OÜ was granted an additional loan

Tallinn, 2024-12-10 09:26 CET -- On September 27, 2022, the subsidiary of J. Molner AS, The J. Molner Company OÜ entered into a subordinated loan agreement with no specific repayment term, in relation to which an annex was concluded on January 9, 2024.

On December 9^th, 2024, the parties entered into a second annex of the agreement under which to lender granted The J. Molner Company OÜ additional loan in the amount up to 1,750,000 USD. The interest rate applicable in respect of the additional amount is 7% per year. The Company intends to use amounts from the loan to develop its business.
