Late payment of interest
Mainor Ülemiste AS apologises that due to technical reasons, the timely payment of interest on Mainor Ülemiste's 4.75% bonds (redemption date 10.06.2026; ISIN code EE3300002138) is delayed.
Interest payments will reach investors no later than 15.12.2022. Mainor Ülemiste AS will pay the for three days of delay to bondholders 0.05% per day overdue charges stipulated in the bonds.
The current late payment cannot be considered as violation of the Bond Terms and Conditions according to the clause 10.1.1.
We confirm that Mainor Ülemiste AS is liquid and capable of fully fulfilling all its financial obligations.
