Nasdaq Vilnius decided on December 12, 2025 to remove bonds of FERN Group, UAB bonds (FERN090026FA, ISIN code LT0000409633) from the First North market on 19 December, 2025, i.e. on the day of their early redemption.
The trading in these bonds will be removed from the First North market following the provisions of item 36 of the Rules of the First North in Lithuania.
