Edgars Voļskis has decided to resign from the Supervisory Board of DelfinGroup

Edgars Voļskis, member of the Supervisory Board of the Latvian fintech company DelfinGroup, has decided to resign from his position. The selection process for a new member of the company's Supervisory Board will start shortly.

E. Volskis, who also served as the Chair of the Risk and Audit Committee, has decided to resign due to personal reasons.

Agris Evertovskis, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DelfinGroup, said the company appreciates E. Voļskis's professionalism and hard work. "We respect the decision of Edgars Voļskis and thank him for the contributions he has made into the company's growth. It is important for DelfinGroup to continue meeting the highest standards of corporate governance. Therefore, one of our priorities now is the successful selection of a new Supervisory Board member to ensure the continued professional competence and performance of the Supervisory Board," adds A. Evertovskis. 

Meanwhile, Didzis Ādmīdiņš, Chairman of the Management Board of DelfinGroup, points out that the ongoing changes in the Supervisory Board will not affect the company's operational work.
