Punktid Technologies AS announces that the Punktid platform suspended on the first weekend of September the possibility of making payments through European banks* when purchasing from the Punktid platform. Over the weekend, anomalies occurred with the payment service provider's platform, where money was not received from the sale of certain products in foreign countries, even though the products had been dispatched. As a result, we immediately stopped the possibility of making payments through European banks outside the Baltics when purchasing from the Punktid platform in order to mitigate the future risk and minimize the loss. After suspending the possibility to make payments, the delivery time of the products may have been delayed, which the Punktid team is currently actively working on in order to offer all customers the desired service in the best way.
