Change in the Management Board of ELMO Rent AS
Due to the increasing focus of ELMO Rent AS (hereinafter ELMO) on the development of remote control technology, international expansion and re-organization of the company's business directions to subsidiaries, Allan Leppikson is leaving the Management Board of the parent company. As Head of Operations, Allan has been responsible for vehicle fleet management since the spring of 2021 and fulfilled the duties of a Management Board member of ELMO since January 2022. Allan Leppikson will continue as the Head of Operations in the subsidiary company Elmo Rent Eesti OÜ, The Management Board of ELMO will initially continue with one member: Enn Laansoo, Jr.
