Punktid Technologies AS informs about the termination of cooperation with an auditor
Punktid Technologies AS announces that the cooperation with the auditing company LS Audit has ended.
On 22.12.2021, Punktid Technologies AS and LS Audit OÜ concluded an auditor service agreement for auditing the annual accounts of the financial years ending on 31.12.2021 and 31.12.2022. On 31.05.2023, statutory auditor issued a report on the 2022 annual report, and the concluded contract ended with it. Negotiations to sign a new contract did not bear fruit in the second half of 2023.
Punktid Technologies AS has been actively looking for a new auditor, but according to all contacted auditors, they are overloaded, which is why it has not been possible to find a new auditor so far. As a result, Punktid Technologies AS can only publish stock news of the unaudited 2023 annual report in June of this year. Punktid Technologies AS continues its efforts to find an auditor.
