Punktid Technologies AS group's results for November increased by 35% compared to the same period last year, total sales being EUR 356,000.
The November 2022 sales of Punktid Technologies AS (hereinafter Punktid) amounted to a total of EUR 356,000, of which EUR 215,000 were the gross amount of the platform’s mediation service* and which increased by 27% compared to November 2021 (the gross amount of the mediation service in November 2021 was EUR 169,000). Sales increased on Punktid.lv, Punktid.com and Punktid.fi domains – 33%, 128% and 6680% respectively, and decreased on Punktid.ee, Punktid.ru and Punktid.lt domains by -7%, -24% and -22% respectively.
“It’s nice to see the strong seasonal increase continues to grow, November sales on the Punktid platform were the highest ever and exceeded the previous month’s record by 7%. Compared to October, the number of visits to the platform decreased by 33%, but compared to last year’s November, it increased by 80%, where customers mainly came from the Punktid.com domain. Better targeted marketing for products and categories brought more traffic to the platform, November also included Black Friday and CyberMonday, for which we did preliminary work early and were able to achieve new sales records through these campaigns compared to previous years.
On the development side, we moved forward with the development of the new platform, we are slowly reaching the finish line, and in this regard we expect a major cost reduction from January. We also deal with the maintenance of the old platform, the main task is optimizing the platform to receive more traffic, which we expect in December as well. The wholesale goal for 2022 was also fulfilled – the goal for 2022 was EUR 800,000, but by the end of November, sales were EUR 852,000, which exceeds the forecast by 6.5%.

The numbers in the table have been rounded to the nearest thousand euros. The figures in the table are not yet final (i.e., these may change slightly) as November of 2022 has not yet been closed in accounting.
*The mediation service includes the online sale of digital codes for video games, Nintendo, PlayStation and Xbox through the Punktid sales platorm managed by Gamekeys OÜ, which belongs to the Punktid group, both in Estonia and abroad. The gross amount, also referred to as sales, means the money received from customers through the Punktid platform.
The information published in this announcement on the gross amount of mediation service is not reflected in the financial statements of Punktid as according to the Estonian Financial Reporting Standard (EFS), sales revenue from the mediation service is only the commission, but not the gross amount collected under agreements. Nevertheless, Punktid assesses its growth and success solely on the basis of sale by Gamekeys OÜ (i.e., the gross amount of the mediation service). Punktid will provide investors with an overview of sales results on a quarterly basis.
