SIA “Banga LTD”, a Latvian canned seafood producer, recorded company sales in 2024 amounting to EUR 15,958,867, the highest in its history, representing a 23% increase compared to the 2023 figure. In Q4 2024, the company's turnover amounted to EUR 5,079,078, reflecting a 41% increase over Q4 2023.
“The successful results of 2024 are the result of several factors, but it is particularly important to note the successful implementation of investments made in previous years (investments in production fixed assets have doubled since 2021), which has contributed to both increased production volumes and improved efficiency. By implementing a sustainable personnel policy, the company's team successfully produced and sold more than 15 million units of products in 2024 across 47 country markets. We are pleased that more than 160 residents of the region are employed by the company,” says Raivis Veckāgans.
SIA Banga LTD is the leading producer of sterilized fish canned products in the Baltic region. The company's production facility is located in Roja, Talsi municipality.
