Estonian air technology company Airobot Technologies AS and real estate developer Liven concluded an agreement according to which Airobot ventilation equipment will be installed in the first stage of the Luuslangi real estate development, which is being built by Lake Harku, Tallinn. 

The value of the transaction including VAT is 181,200 euros and it accounts for more than 10% of the turnover of Airobot Technologies AS last year. For Airobot, this is an important strategic partnership in B2B segment.

Airobot and Liven started cooperation in March 2022, when Airobot ventilation devices were installed in stage I of the Iseära development. "The transaction is already the second large-scale order by Liven, which shows that Estonia's most reputable real estate developer highly values Airobot's smart and energy-saving ventilation devices," commented Heiki Aulik, member of the board of Airobot Technologies AS.

Martti Mettas, Liven's construction manager, called the partnership with Airobot a strategic choice. "Liven builds the next generation modern homes. Airobot devices are world-class, and their supply reliability for large-scale housing projects is only one of the reasons why another order was placed," added Mettas.

Airobot smart ventilation systems will be delivered to Luuslangi real estate development phase I in the second and third quarters of 2023.

Liven is one of the most reputable real estate developers in Estonia, which has built homes for more than 500 families in recent years, and today more than 1,800 homes are currently in different stages of development.

Airobot Technologies AS is an indoor climate technology and production company, which is characterized by strong software and air analysis. Airobot’s main products are innovative ventilation systems and floor heating thermostats.
