On December 9, 2024 Nasdaq Vilnius decided to remove AUGA group, AB shares from the Main List and admit the Company’s shares to the Secondary List from December 10, 2024.
These financial instruments will be removed from the Main List and admitted to the Secondary List at the request of the Issuer following the provisions of item 20.8 of the Nasdaq Vilnius Listing Rules.
AUGA group, AB announced that at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held in 2024 on December 4, made a decision to restructure the Company.
