On 16 March 2020, the first stage of subscription for AS Storent Investments new notes maturing on 19 October 2023 with coupon rate 8% per annum (the New Notes) ended, where the investors agreed to exchange the notes of AS Storent Investments maturing on 30 June 2020 (ISIN LV0000802304) with the New Notes in the total nominal amount of 2 332 000 EUR.
AS Storent Investments decided to accept the subscription results and to proceed with the New Notes issue. The issue date of the New Notes is 19 March 2020 when the issue (ISIN LV0000802304) will be decreased by the number of exchanged notes and listing of 76 680 notes will continue on Baltic Bond List with the following terms:
