On significant participation

The Company hereby in accordance with the provisions of Section 61.³ of the Financial Instrument Market Law informs that a notification has been received that SIA Madesta, unified registration number 40003440441, has acquired a direct significant participation in the Company, acquiring the voting rights derived from 590 822 shares of the Company, representing 5,06% of the total voting shares of the Company.
