On decision of the Financial and Capital Market Commission
On 7 September 2021 the management of Baltic Technology Ventures AS (BTV) and it's beneficial owner received a decision notification from the Financial and Capital Market Commission regarding alleged violation of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 and imposing fines of EUR 50,000 and EUR 66,694.31 respectively, among other sanctions related to BTV's listing on Baltic Nasdaq First North. BTV's management does not agree with this decision and intends to contest it. Meanwhile we will aim to work with the regulator and the exchange to ensure the investors in BTV are not harmed.
