DelfinGroup successfully redeems EUR 5 million notes with ISIN LV0000850048
On 25 August 2023, DelfinGroup redeemed LV0000850048 notes. The notes were issued in 2021 with an initial value of EUR 5 million and a fixed coupon rate of 9.75%.
To refinance the existing bonds, DelfinGroup issued new LV0000802718 notes with an annual coupon rate of 9.00% + 3M EURIBOR, a maturity date of 25 February 2026, a nominal value of one note of EUR 1,000 and a minimum investment amount of EUR 100,000.
From 4 August to 21 August 2023, the DelfinGroup LV0000850048 notes exchange offer took place, within the framework of which the existing LV0000850048 noteholders could exchange them for the new LV0000802718 notes receiving a fee of 1%.
