According to the decision made by the Listing and Surveillance Committee of Nasdaq Tallinn on May 27th, 2026, the bonds of Rotermann City OÜ, each with a nominal value of EUR 1000 (EUR 7.75 ROTERMANN CITY BOND 26-2029, ISIN code: EE0000004364) will be admitted to trading on Baltic First North Bond List after the conditions set by the Committee have been met.
The aforementioned conditions are met as of June 12th, 2026.
Proceeding from the above and according to the results of the offering, a total of 8,000 Rotermann City OÜ bonds will be admitted to trading on the Baltic First North Bond List as of June 15th, 2026, or on a date close to it.
