As previously announced, ELKO Grupa AS (ELKO Group) has entered into a conditional agreement for the purchase of 100 percent of the shares in Deltaco Baltic UAB, a Lithuanian subsidiary of Aurdel Sweden AB, a part of DistIT Group, as part of its strategic expansion into major domestic appliance distribution.

The sale price amounts to 3 MEUR, and the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Today, a final Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and a Distribution Agreement were signed between Aurdel Sweden AB and ELKO Group. ELKO Group will continue to distribute Aurdel's own brands (EMV) in the Baltics as Aurdel's local partner. Through its already established channels in the three Baltic countries, ELKO Group sees great potential to increase sales of Aurdel's EMV products as well as of Deltaco Baltic's white goods.

Deltaco Baltic UAB is a distributor of mainly large- and small-scale appliances (MDA and SDA) as well as accessories for computers, laptops, mobile phones and tablets, headquartered in Kaunas, Lithuania. The products are mostly sold to other retailers in the B2B market and to a number of retail chains in the Baltic countries. Deltaco Baltic's sales in 2024 amounted to EUR 12.9 million, which corresponded to approximately 9 percent of the DistIT Group's total sales.
