Notification on death of the main shareholder of Medicinos Bankas UAB

Vilnius, Jan. 16, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Medicinos Bankas UAB (hereinafter – “the Bank”), registration number 112027077, registered seat address: Pamėnkalnio 40, Vilnius, Lithuania.

The Bank hereby informs that the main shareholder of the Bank Mr. Saulius Karosas died on 16 January 2019.

This will have no impact on the Bank's activities, which remain sustainable and stable.
