Mainor Ülemiste AS' subsidiary Öpiku Majad OÜ signed a syndicated loan agreement of 15.4 million euros with SEB Bank and Luminor to finance the construction of the second Health Centre in Ülemiste City.
The total cost of the new Health Centre is 20.5 million euros. A construction permit was issued for the seven-story building at Sepapaja 12 at the end of December 2022. The general constructor of the building is OÜ Fund Ehitus. Construction of the building will begin in January 2023, and the planned completion date is July 2024.
The new Health Centre is the second development phase after successfully opening the first Health Centre in Ülemiste City in 2020 and will start creating synergy through new services in personal medicine, surgery, diagnostics, prevention and rehabilitation. The main goal in the development process has been the functionality of the building – healing people, maintaining health and improving the quality of life.
SEB Bank and Luminor Bank are the long-term financial partners of Mainor Ülemiste, with whom the entire Öpik quarter has been completed. SEB and Luminor are financing the development of the Öpik quarter and Tervisemaja in the amount of 79.5 million euros.
Mainor Ülemiste is a subsidiary of Mainor AS, whose principal activity is the development of Ülemiste City, the largest business campus in the Baltics. A total of 167,000 square metres of leasable office space has been built on 36 hectares of the campus. It is home to nearly 500 companies and a work, study and living environment for more than 14,000 people.
Ülemiste City is being developed by Mainor AS, Mainor Ülemiste AS and Technopolis Ülemiste AS.
