The Issuer informs that the lease agreement with UAB Circle K Lietuva (legal entity code 211454910, registered address at J. Jasinskio st. 16A, LT-03163 Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania) was concluded on 10 February 2025 regarding 1 186 sq. m office space lease at the building complex developed at Žalgirio st. 114, LT-09300 Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania.

Currently, lease agreements have been signed for 32% of the available office space.
