Harju Maakohus accepted the initiation of the reorganization proceedings for ELMO Rent AS
ELMO Rent AS informs that the Harju County Court has accepted the action plan related to short-term rentals described in the company's application for reorganization, and hereby, the company's reorganization proceedings begin. According to the regulation, the reorganization advisor and ELMO Rent AS are obligated to submit the reorganization plan, accepted by creditors, to the court for approval by no later than February 5, 2024. An initial fee of €24,766 has also been set to cover the costs of the reorganization.
According to the company's management, the acceptance of the reorganization is a positive development and support, providing necessary judicial protection for the realization of the short-term rental action plan, reorganization in the surrounding economic climate, and ensuring the sustainability of the company's business direction.
