Announcement on leadership transition at subsidiary company
Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. informs of a leadership change in subsidiary company AS Amber Latvijas balzams. After eight years as Chairman of the Board and a total of 14 years at AS Amber Latvijas balzams, Intars Geidans will be stepping down of his role on June 11, 2024.
Long lasting Supervisory Board member of AS Amber Latvijas balzams Valizhan Abidov will join the Board, along with Guntars Betlers, who is undertaking the chairman of the Board role. The Supervisory Board of AS Amber Latvijas balzams will continue to operate with four members until the next shareholders meeting, ensuring strong and effective leadership for the company's further development.
