Íslandsbanki hf. has today concluded an offering of covered bonds. Total demand amounted to ISK 10,880m.

The index linked series ISB CBI 29 was sold for an amount of ISK 8,020m at a yield of 2.60%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 8,020m at the fixed yield of 2.60%.

The non-index linked series ISB CBF 27 was sold for an amount of ISK 620m at 1-month REIBOR + 0.40%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 920m with a yield ranging from REIBOR + 0.4% to REIBOR + 0.45%. The Bank is selling previously issued own bonds.

The non-index linked series ISB CB 27 was sold for an amount of ISK 300m at a yield of 9.06%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 1,940m with a yield ranging from 9.05% to 9.22%. The Bank is selling previously issued own bonds.

In connection with the auction, holders of the series ISB CB 23 were offered to sell the covered bonds in the series against covered bonds bought in the above-mentioned auction. The clean price of the series ISB CB 23 was predefined at 99.7905. The Bank buys back a nominal amount of ISK 7,700m in the series.
