We inform you, that in 2022, AS Virši-A will publish its financial statements in the following order and dates:
28.02.2022 Unaudited financial report for 2021;
06.04.2022 Audited annual report for 2021 and a dividend distribution proposal;
20.04.2022 Report for the 1st quarter of 2022;
10.08.2022 Unaudited financial report for the first half of 2022;
19.10.2022 Report for the 3rd quarter of 2022.
The shares of AS Virši-A are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Baltic First North Market.
