REGARDING THE PERMISSION TO INVEST UP TO 35 PER CENT OF NET ASSET VALUE OF INVESTMENT COMPANY WITH VARIABLE CAPITAL „OMX BALTIC BENCHMARK FUND“ INTO TRANSFERABLE SECURITIES ISSUED BY A SINGLE ISSUER
On 20th August 2021 the Financial Market Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania, as per request by „Orion Asset Management“ UAB of 2nd August 2021 and pursuant to the Article 82 Part 2 and Article 162 Part 1 Item 2 of the Law on Collective Investment Undertakings of Lithuanian Republic, and Item 2 of the Decision No.03-67 of 15th March 2012 by the Board of Bank of Lithuania „Regarding delegation of certain functions related to supervision of financial markets to organisational divisions of the Bank of Lithuania“, has passed a resolution to grant permission to invest up to 35 per cent of net asset value of investment company with variable capital „OMX BALTIC BENCHMARK FUND“ into securities issued by a single issuer AS LHV Group.
