As previously communicated, Nasdaq Nordic (Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S, Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd, Nasdaq Iceland hf., Nasdaq Oslo ASA and Nasdaq Stockholm AB), Nasdaq Baltic (Nasdaq Tallinn AS, Nasdaq Riga AS and AB Nasdaq Vilnius), Nasdaq Clearing AB and Nasdaq CSD SE will relocate the secondary data center from PORT to STOCKHOLM SOUTH (Equinix SK2) during Q2–Q3, 2025. The relocation will impact all trading, clearing, market data and Nasdaq CSD production systems. The planned changes are subject, where relevant, to regulatory consent.
Updated Time Schedule
The secondary data center relocation will be carried out using a phased approach. Updated time schedule for the relocation activities is as follows:
- February 17, 2025: Connectivity testing for Genium INET, INET Nordic and GCF started
- February 24, 2025: New customer-specific failover IP addresses for INET Nordic available in the Member Portal
- March 4, 2025: Connectivity testing for NDTS to start. New customer-specific failover IP addresses for NDTS available in the Member Portal
- April 26, 2025: Genium INET – Secondary data center relocation completed
- May 10, 2025: INET Nordic – Secondary data center relocation completed
- May 17, 2025: GCF – Secondary data center relocation completed
- May 24, 2025: NDTS – Secondary data center relocation completed
- May/June 2025 (date TBA): Nasdaq CSD – Secondary data center relocation completed
Relocation activities are expected to be completed on the following days: April 26 - Genium INET; May 10 - INET Nordic; May 17 - GCF; May 24 - NDTS. In connection with these dates, a connectivity verification test will be arranged with the possibility to perform a login test to the new failover IP addresses. The planned changes are subject, where relevant, to regulatory consent.
