On 4 December 2025, by the decision of the sole shareholder of REFI Sun UAB (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), a new wording of the Articles of Association was approved. The Articles of Association were amended to implement an increase in the authorized capital by additional cash contributions from EUR 1,000.00 to EUR 600,000.00. During the process of the authorized capital increase, 599,000 ordinary registered shares were issued.
On 15 December 2025, the new wording of the Company's Articles of Association was registered in the Register of Legal Entities.
