The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (Kongsberg Gruppen) held today, April 13, 2026, has decided to distribute an extraordinary dividend of NOK 3.50 per share in addition to an ordinary dividend of NOK 2.20 per share. The Ex-date is April 14, 2026. NASDAQ Derivatives Markets has carried out a re-calculation of options, regular and gross return forwards/futures in Kongsberg Gruppen (KOG).
