Kaunas, Lithuania, 2020-06-08 11:40 CEST -- On 2020 June 5^th an auction for purchase of own shares took place in Nasdaq Vilnius official Tender offer market. Here are the results:

• Number of shares purchased 8180;
• Total amount of purchase 46 626,00 EUR.

Purpose of purchase: granting shares to the employees.
