INVL Russia ex-Government Equity Subfund has completed the realization of assets and makes final settlement with investors

Vilnius, Lietuva, 2023-05-26 09:24 CEST -- The company "INVL Asset Management" informs about the fact that, after the final realization of the assets of the INVL Russian ex-Government Equity subfund, the remaining investment units of the liquidated subfund will be redeemed.

For the purpose of distribution of cash holdings, INVL Asset Management calculated subfund’s net asset value (NAV) as well as the value of the single investment unit, being EUR 21,8669 and distributed the funds of the subfund by redeeming the remaining investment units from all the participants of subfund.

Upon the decision to dissolve (liquidate) INVL Russia ex-Government Equity Subfund by INVL Asset Management, Distributed cash holdings will shortly be credited to the payment accounts provided by the investors, exact day of crediting depending on the fact, whether the investment units were purchased from INVL Asset Management (or they are held in custody by it), or investment units were purchased from investor’s financial intermediary or custodian (if their investment units were purchased through a third party and (or) the participant’s investment units are held in custody there).

Participants of the Subfund who purchased investment units directly from INVL Asset Management, but did not receive the distributed funds, are invited to contact the company, and clarify the data required for disbursement of funds.

Upon the decision to dissolve (liquidate) INVL Russia ex-Government Equity Subfund by INVL Asset Management the first distribution of free cash holdings of the subfund to the participants was made on 31 August 2022.

We also report that the units of INVL Russia ex-Government Equity Subfund will be removed from the list of Nasdaq Vilnius from 26 May 2023.

INVL Asset Management also notes that further steps to liquidate the subfund will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Collective Investment Entities of the Republic of Lithuania and more detailed information will be provided on the website www.invl.com.
