Arco Vara is planning a bond issue

In December 2018 and during 2019, Arco Vara plans to issue unsecured bonds in the maximum amount of 2 million euros with maturity date no later than 31.12.2020. Bonds may be issued in several tranches. Planned interest rate is up to 12% per annum and interest payments will be made quarterly.  

The bond issue will be made in accordance with Securities Market Act §12 (2) 2) and is not public. Proceeds of the bond issue will be used for refinancing existing loan obligations and financing real estate development projects in Estonia and Bulgaria.
