Today Arion Bank concluded a closed bond offering for the series ARION 26 1222 GB for total of ISK 900m.
A total of 5 bids for ISK 1,060m were received in the series ARION 26 1222 GB at 6.00–6.12% yield. Bids in the amount of ISK 900m were accepted at 6.06% yield.

Holders of series ARION CB 22 were offered to sell in the series against ARION 26 1222 GB at clean price of 101.8863. No offers were received in the series ARION CB 22.

The bond will be issued under the Bank´s Green Financing Framework and listed on Nasdaq Iceland. The Framework sets out clearly and transparently the conditions which the Bank’s loans need to meet in order to be considered green.
