On 16 March 2020 AB „East West Agro“ concluded option contracts with employees of AB „East West Agro“ regarding 41500 ordinary registered shares of AB „East West Agro“. In 2023, 2024 and 2025, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the option contracts employees will acquire a right to acquire the above indicated amount of shares of AB „East West Agro“ with the nominal value of EUR 1 per share, by paying the price of EUR 0 per share.
