The results of AS Bercman Technologies' tertiary public offering
The tertiary public offering of AS Bercman Technologies (hereinafter “Bercman”) shares ended on 14 October 2022 at 16:00.
Up to 120 000 ordinary shares were publicly offered, while AS Bercman Technologies reserved the right to increase the number of shares on offer up to 210 000 shares. During the offering, 392 investors subscribed for a total of 97 684 shares for EUR 293 052.

As the subscription was somewhat below the expected level, we will review the company's cost base and reduce costs as much as possible. In the near term, we will focus on exports and high-potential large customers, as well as on internal efficiency gains. Bercman will continue to work towards its mission of eliminating avoidable traffic deaths from society. We continue to set the Group on a determined course to become the partner of choice for smart city solutions.”
The distribution of the new shares in a total of 97 684 shares among the investors who have participated in the offering is based on the following principle:

all investors who have subscribed will receive allocated shares according to the number of shares subscribed – 71 952 shares;

Members of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board and major shareholders who signed underwriting guarantees for the subscription of shares will receive allocated shares according to the number of shares subscribed - 25 732 shares.
The settlement of the offering is intended to take place on or about 19 October. All additional shares of AS Bercman Technologies will be admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility First North, the first trading day will be on or about 28 October 2022.
